For our programs we have:
- Sports equipment appropriate to the program and the level of each client.
- Liability and personal accident insurance in force.
- Emergency protocols.

- Specialized guides for each service.
- In all cases we operate the services in conjunction with guides and local providers authorized in the respective municipalities, provinces or protected areas.
COMMERCIAL TERMS
- Climatic conditions: Program itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. This will be done depending on weather conditions, in order to safely and effectively develop each of the activities. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation notices must be made in writing, via e-mail to. comunidad.huka@gmail.com. For cancellations, the following charges and/or penalties will apply – (These values do not include administrative and/or bank charges that may be incurred):

- Reimbursements shall be made through the same channels in which the payments were made and in local currency. In the case of payments made in foreign currency, the company reserves the right to make such reimbursements in local currency at the exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina at the date of the payment to be reimbursed.

ACCEPTANCE OF A CLIENT’S PARTICIPATION, BEHAVIORAL AGREEMENT AND EXPULSION POLICIES FOR AN ACTIVITY
