CYCLOTOURISM IN TIGRE
PEDALING 40km HATA VILLA LA ÑATA + BIOMECHANICS AND TRAINING TALK
Would you like to explore the Tigre by bike and learn how to train for a long trip?
An ideal experience to add kilometers cycling on country roads and local routes.
In this day trip we will visit some of the picturesque neighborhoods of the delta and have lunch by the river.
In order for us to continue learning about our body, we will have a talk about biomechanics in cycling: what muscles we use mainly, metabolism and how to train for a long ride. All this with the help of a team of guides and physical education teachers who will provide you with the necessary assistance and safety at all times.
