Climbing is an excellent way to get to know yourself, increase your confidence and exercise while getting to know incredible places. For those who are just starting to get interested in this new world, the physical and psychological aspects of the sport can be a bit overwhelming.
This outing-workshop is the starting point for all those who want to get started in basic climbing techniques, no previous experience is required and the content is aimed at beginners. If you are interested in learning and putting into practice how to use your body, basic technique and movement, the importance of breathing and how to overcome the most common fears, this activity is for you!

Planned itinerary
Although we make every effort to adhere to the itinerary described below, the itinerary is subject to change for numerous reasons beyond our control, including weather and terrain conditions.
Climbing
The activity takes place in a series of vertical planes of varying inclination and low height called Bouldering, where we do not need more security than mattresses underneath. We will incorporate basic technique, become aware of our center of gravity and try out different movements and grips. During the activity we have the opportunity to test what we have learned, developing tools around breathing and the management of the most common fears. The activity includes lunch and energetic snacks are provided to incorporate during the exercise.
Equipment list
The key to staying comfortable during an active trip is layering. For maximum comfort with minimal weight, you need versatile layers that combine to create the right amount of insulation, ventilation and weather protection. We created this list to help you choose gear for your outing – bring only what you need. Weather and other conditions on the ground will dictate what clothing and gear we should wear each day and what (if anything) we can leave behind.
